A Bar A Ranch

The A-Bar-A Ranch is a magical place, situated in Medicine Bow in mid south Wyoming. The ranch is one of the largest in Wyoming, with 140.000 acres for you to explore.

The second generation of the Howe family, Justin and Lissa, manage the Ranch and it is testimony to their family’s hospitality, superb facilities and lodgings that generations of families come back repeatedly for their best summer memories.

Surrounded by the National Forest and Wilderness Area you are able to enjoy the beautiful and famous vistas of the Wild West. Through the middle of the ranch runs the North Platte River, known for its big wild brown trout, but it is also fun for kids to drift along its rapids on an inner-tube.

The A-Bar-A has its own 9-hole golf course, superb skeet and clay shooting facilities and a private landing strip for private air transport.
In the evening’s in the round room with its open fire and bar, provides a wonderful place to relax and socialize with the other dudes and most likely you will create everlasting friendships with the staff and other guests.
