Off-Site Adventures
Teamwork development and improvement in team communications are best achieved through practical experience in an environment not associated with the daily work place.
Under expert guidance from our outdoor adventure partners, SteynWaters can offer a variety of fun and sometimes challenging team tasks, set in great locations. The off-site events take place over a 2 to 7 day period.
Our team building events mainly take place in the UK, Switzerland (Zermatt and Gstaad), Iceland and Greenland, both winter and summer.
These outdoor events range from orienteering by foot or by Super-jeeps, construction exercises, participating in search and rescue exercises, such as ‘avalanche rescue’, float building, white water rafting to having a jolly dinner and overnight stay in a mountain hut.
